« C’est l’histoire d’un homme qui tombe d’un immeuble de 50 étages. On Levers of Control(Simons,1995) specially interesting the (+) "Positive" relation between the "Beliefs System" addressing Strategy as "Perspective" for obtaining a general commitment and "Interactive Control Systems" addressing Strategy as "Patterns of Action" for experimenting and learning. (+) As additive .. as seams that The Open, Honest conversation at a base control level promotes and informs the Upper Control Levels of the Shared Vision, Mission, Thinking. I am working on this relation... not without challenges.. so far so good.
